I have over 10 years of Counseling experience.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and have worked with a range of clients. I specialize in depression, anxiety, grief, and many more of life's challenges. I also have extensive experience with youth and families.
I believe that the journey of mental health is a collaborative one. I do not have all the answers, but together we can journey together to discover answers that will help you move forward in a positive, growth-minded fashion.
I am also a musician, writer, and filmmaker and am passionate about the healing power of self-expression.
